Burt Quijano, Jr.
Co-Founder
Burt lives in Boise, Idaho, where he actively volunteers in the local community. As an avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, running, biking, and spending time in nature. Burt is dedicated to spending quality time with family and friends, always striving to live a balanced and fulfilling life.
Background:
Burt’s career spans over 26 years in the retail food industry with Albertson’s, where he successfully transitioned into commercial real estate. Recognized for his potential, he was selected by his company to attend the prestigious USC Food Industry Management Program, a highly selective MBA program tailored for top talent in the retail food sector. He earned his post-graduate degree in 2006. During his tenure as a supervisor, Burt managed the day-to-day logistics and operations of nearly 100 store remodeling projects, overseeing every detail of these extensive undertakings.
As an area supervisor for more than a decade, Burt was responsible for constructing P&L statements, crafting sales and expense forecasts for departments, stores, and districts, and managing daily operations with annual sales exceeding $250 million. His consistent ability to meet and often exceed targets is a testament to his expertise. Burt’s comprehensive education, sharp business acumen, and extensive background in retail management have laid a solid foundation for his successful career in commercial real estate investing.
With his deep understanding of operational efficiency and financial management, Burt brings invaluable expertise to Q&R Investments. His ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities ensures that Q&R Investments continually delivers strong returns and value to its investors.

Hans has a successful background in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record as a team leader driving sustained revenue growth. He excels in utilizing positive motivation, process-driven sales strategies, and exceptional management acumen. Known for his innovative thinking, Hans consistently develops creative solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
As an International V.P. of Sales, Hans led his teams by implementing short-term initiatives to achieve immediate sales goals while simultaneously crafting long-term strategic plans. A turnaround expert, he has a proven track record of guiding teams to exceed expectations and achieve remarkable success—skills that align seamlessly with Q&R Investments acquisition strategy.
Hans has also served as a sales mentor, imparting expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, lead-to-close processes, CRM usage, and consistently meeting sales targets. His strategies have been instrumental in optimizing Q&R Investments performance and technology systems, including the development of a real estate-based CRM to track asset acquisitions and manage Investor Relations.
Hans’ career has taken him around the globe, where he has inspired and led teams to generate profitable sales exceeding $300 million.
